Q1: What is our warranty for the products? 

A1: We have one-year warranty. 

Q2: How can i get a sample ?

A2: If you need some samples to test,we can make as per your request .

You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and our samples cost,while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the first firm order.Thanks.

Q3: What is your terms of packing?

A3: Generally, we pack our products in neutral brown cartons or colored gift boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.But if packages with your logo,the MOQ will be 500-1000pcs.

Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A4: Yes.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q5: Can you produce according to customers' design? 

A5: Yes.we mainly do the OEM/ODM service.

Q6: What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)? 

A6: We don’t set strict MOQ.Normally 200-300pcs with mixed items is welcome.But if we have the materials in stock,we can accept even less quantity.

Q7: How about the delivery time? 

For sample: 7-15 days 

For order: 30-45 days
